The Site offers visitors general health, fitness and well-being information, free and paid digital products, wellness product reviews and the option to book online nutrition consulting services. By accessing or using the Site and Chante Louise’s services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the following terms.
SITE USE
In order to use the Site and Chante Louise’s services, you must be at least 18 years of age, or of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these terms as a binding agreement.
You are not allowed to use the Site or receive Chante Louise’s services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you. If you do not agree with any site or user terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing the Site.
All content appearing on the Site, is offered “as is” and is for informational purposes only. If you wish to purchase any product or service made available on the Site through either the Shop or ‘Work with Me’, you agree and understand that it is your responsibility to read the full service or product descriptions, and any health disclaimers before making a decision and commitment to purchase. The Practitioner highly recommends that you check with your GP or treating physician before purchasing the products or services found on the Site, and before trying any new lifestyle changes, coaching or programs.

The Site does not provide medical advice. The information, including but not limited to, text, graphics, images, products and other material contained on the Site are for informational purposes only. No material on the Site is intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified healthcare practitioner with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition or treatment and before undertaking a new healthcare regimen, and never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read on the Site.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Site, use of the Site, or access to the Site, without express written permission by us.
The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.
COMMUNICATION & EMAILS
By subscribing to the Site, or any other opt-in form you may find on the Site, you agree to receive promotional materials from Chante Louise via email or your preferred method of communication.
If you do not wish to receive such promotional materials or notices – please notify Chante Louise in writing addressed to info@chante-louise.com with the subject “Opt-out” or use the unsubscribe link found in the footer of all email correspondence. Unsubscribing from communications may take up to 48 hours to come into effect.
PRODUCTS OR SERVICES
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICES AND PRICES
The prices Chante Louise charges for using the Site services and products are listed upfront on the website. Chante Louise may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services she offers; or create limits for the services. Chante Louise may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.
PAYMENTS
When you purchase or download one of the digital products, payments are processed via Stripe and Paypal. By submitting your financial and personal information on the Site during a purchase, you grant the Site and Chante Louise the right to provide the information to these third parties.
When making a payment through the Site, you represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorised or illegal transaction is suspected.
When you make an online nutrition consult booking with Chante Louise, you are transferred to Halaxy, a practice management software for practitioners. Payment services are not managed by the Site or Chante Louise. Halaxy’s electronic payments processing is provided by Braintree/Paypal, protected by bank-grade encryption. ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

PRODUCT DELIVERY & SHIPPING
Upon making a purchase through the Site, you will immediately be directed to a confirmation page and receive email with details of your purchase. In addition you may receive:
- a direct download for your digital product either on the Site or in an email
- a link to schedule a booking for a nutrition consult.
- a link to complete nutrition consult agreements or intake forms
Products and nutrition consulting services are non-refundable and non-transferable. Where a payment plan option exists, you as the customer agree to all future payments upon making the initial payment.
ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS
Occasionally there may be information on the Site and its products, that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Site or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information in the Site or on any related website, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law. No specified update or refresh date applied in the Site or on any related website, should be taken to indicate that all information in the Site or on any related website has been modified or updated.
PROHIBITED USES

We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service or any related website for violating any of the prohibited uses.
BOOKING CANCELLATIONS
Chante Louise understands that life schedules can become hectic with unforeseen circumstances. However, in order to honour all bookings and respect each other’s time, the Practitioner expects you to value all appointments by showing up prepared and on time for both initial nutrition consults and review consults.
If something urgent comes up, you must contact the Practitioner 24 hours in advance to cancel and reschedule your appointment. If 24 hours notice is not provided, you will be charged 100% of the booking fee.
If the Practitioner must cancel or reschedule a booking, you will be offered the next available session time and in some circumstances, you may be offered compensation at the discretion of the Chante Louise.
AFFILIATE / THIRD – PARTY LINKS DISCLOSURE AND DISCLAIMER
At times, Chante Louise may partner with other businesses or affiliate marketing programs whose banners, products and services may be promoted or advertised on the Site. Such promotions may be in exchange for commissions or rewards when users click and purchase those products or services through affiliate links. In some instances, Chante Louise may receive a commission if you make a purchase through an affiliate link (at no extra cost to you).
From time to time, Chante Louise may also mention or recommend other products, services, bloggers, or other websites but no such reference is intended to be an endorsement or statement that such information is accurate. Chante Louise may mention or recommend these based on her own personal experiences. However, it is still your responsibility to conduct your own due diligence to ensure you have obtained complete and accurate information about such products, services, bloggers, and websites.
